Our family of entrepreneurs started out with a neighborhood deli, smoothie shop and boutique greenhouse, and eventually pulled their resources to embark on this exciting new venture – the Rollin’ Cuisine Food Truck.

From the gourmet hamburger and fries to Mac n Cheese balls …. we have something to tantalize everyone’s taste buds. Our specialty dishes include beef and chicken empanadas and plantain sandwiches – both of which are sure to liven up any gathering. We offer custom catering and private chef services allowing you to customize each order according to your precise specifications, guaranteeing that all of your guests can enjoy a delectable meal.

Rollin Cuisine is owned by entrepreneurs, who are also medical professionals, athletes, retire law enforcement and veterans in other lives – but all with the same undeniable love of home cooking. After having transitioned from a traditional storefront to mobile they have been able to embrace and take their scrumptious home cooked meals on the road all while continuing to surround themselves with family, friends and making new friends on the road to share the food experience with. Rollin Cuisine offers an array of delicious delicacies that will have your taste buds begging for more! Whether catering private events or simply sharing amazing delicacies with passersby, Rollin Cuisine brings an incredible variety of foods to any occasion.

When they’re not chasing their two young children around, Will and Jessica Asia enjoy spending time together. They’ve been together for over 7 years and have learned a lot about each other along the way.
Will is a veteran who has experience managing food establishments as well as owning his own deli. Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker providing mental health counseling. Both of them have developed new hobbies – Jessica has found love for social media marketing, while Will enjoys cooking for family gatherings.
The Asia’s place a high value on family and believe that good food is essential to any gathering!

Frank Eder
With 26 years of marriage, Frank and Keisha find balance in each other – both having unique skills that complement their 31 year long relationship. For 20 years, Frank was in law enforcement until he took his wife’s advice, retired and became a registered nurse. Despite never competing himself, Frank whole-heartedly supports all of his wife’s strength related quests like competing in Spartan races and being a Powerlifting athlete. With a mutual love for great food, music, and family – the two often strike up conversations with strangers regarding what they adore best in life, usually with a plate of good food in front of them.
After many years of hard work, they decided to say yes to an unexpected opportunity to own a food truck business that had all of the makings of their passions combined. By finding like-minded partners as encouragement to pursue their dreams, the couple truly has come full circle and creating a legacy to share with not only their family and friends, but also with their community.
